Customer service with Huntley Design Build does not end when you move into your new house, it just begins. We will conduct a courtesy customer service visit at 60 days from occupancy to address any issues that may have arisen. During the eleventh month of occupancy, we will take care of any nail pops and caulk separation that may have appeared during the year.
We have policies and follow-up procedures in place that will ensure happiness and enjoyment in your new house for years to come. If any problems should arise, please bring it to our attention, so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the problem immediately.
